What should I do if I have a payment issue with my Holiday Benefits?

First of all, make sure you make a payment on a website or at a venue that accepts Holiday Benefits.

🏖️ You tried to pay at an eligible retailer but it didn’t work
  • In the Accounts tab of your Swile account, click on Holiday Benefits
  • Click on the failed transaction, then on Report a problem

Our team will check eligibility and offer you a suitable solution.

💡 For public transport, you need to buy tickets at ticket machines or station counters. You can’t pay directly at metro gates or on buses with your card.

🥥 You wanted to pay with your Holiday Benefits but another account was charged
  • Log in to your Swile account
  • In the Accounts tab, find the failed transaction and click on Report a problem.

Our team will check eligibility and offer you a suitable solution.

🙀 Your account balance is too low
  • For online payments: The amount of your purchase must be less than or equal to your Holiday Benefits balance. If needed, contact the retailer’s customer service to pay using two different payment methods (e.g. Swile card + regular bank card).
  • For in-store payments: Let the cashier know you’d like to split the payment: part with your Swile card (specifying it’s a bank card payment) and the rest with another payment method.

🚫 You can’t top up the payment with the CB relay.
