When you pay with your Swile card, if you have several gift voucher or Holiday Benefits accounts, you might wonder which one will be charged đ§ Weâll explain everything in this article.
If you have a gift voucher or Holiday Benefits account expiring this month, weâll charge that one first (â ïž as long as the retailer is eligible, see: How do I use my Swile gift vouchers?; Where and how can I spend my Holiday Benefits?).
We follow two rules:
- The account expiring this month always takes priority.
- Weâll charge your vouchers in the following order:
- Culture
- Back to School
- Birth
- Childrenâs Christmas
- Holiday Benefits
- Employee Christmas / Wedding or Civil Partnership / Fatherâs or Motherâs Day / St Catherineâs or St Nicholasâ Day / Retirement
If you want to pay at a retailer that accepts several types of benefits, the order in which theyâre charged will always be as follows, regardless of expiry date:
- Mobility
- Gift vouchers & holiday benefits
- Meal vouchers
