View meal voucher statistics via the Analytics tab

To access your meal voucher statistics, go to your meal voucher admin area and click on Analytics.

If you manage several entities, you can select the ones you want by clicking the Filter by establishment button.

You can browse the Analytics using the following 4 tabs and filter by a specific period for the charts where this is possible.

Overview

Here you’ll find:

• The number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers in the previous month
• The percentage of active beneficiaries over the last 6 months
• The total amount of meal vouchers ordered since the start of the calendar year
• The total amount of meal vouchers spent by your beneficiaries since the start of the calendar year
• The trend in the number of beneficiaries loaded over previous months
• The number of new beneficiaries
• The remaining balances of your beneficiaries (by range)

CSR Impact

Here you’ll find:

• The amount donated by your beneficiaries and the type of donation they chose. To find out more: How to make a donation with meal vouchers?
• The breakdown of cards ordered by type (virtual or physical cards)
• The ranking of activated cards by colour

Meal voucher usage

Here you’ll find:

• The monthly trend of meal vouchers issued and spent
• The number and percentage of transactions approved vs declined, with reasons for refusal
• The preferred payment types (contactless, mobile, PIN entry, etc.)

Beneficiaries & Cards

Here you’ll find:

• The trend in the number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers over the selected period
• The remaining balance of your beneficiaries
• The percentage of beneficiaries who have made at least one transaction
• The breakdown of cards ordered by type (virtual or physical cards)
