To access your meal voucher statistics, go to your meal voucher admin area and click on Analytics.
📌 Important: To ensure beneficiary anonymity, some statistics are only available if you have at least 10 beneficiaries.
If you manage several entities, you can select the ones you want by clicking the Filter by establishment button.
You can browse the Analytics using the 4 tabs below and filter by a specific period for the charts where this is possible.

As this tab is a recent addition, only statistics from after February 2025 are available.
Overview
Here you’ll find:
- The number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers in the previous month
- The percentage of active beneficiaries over the last 6 months
- The total value of meal vouchers ordered since the start of the calendar year
- The total value of meal vouchers spent by your beneficiaries since the start of the calendar year
- The trend in the number of beneficiaries loaded over previous months
- The number of new beneficiaries
- The remaining balances of your beneficiaries (by range)
CSR Impact
Here you’ll find:
- The amount donated by your beneficiaries and the type of donations they’ve chosen. To find out more: How to make a donation with meal vouchers?
- The breakdown of cards ordered by type (virtual or physical cards)
- The ranking of activated cards by colour
Meal voucher usage
Here you’ll find:
- The monthly trend of meal vouchers issued and spent
- The number and percentage of transactions approved vs declined, with reasons for rejection
- The most popular payment methods (contactless, mobile, PIN entry, etc.)
Beneficiaries & Cards
Here you’ll find:
- The trend in the number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers over the selected period
- The remaining balance of your beneficiaries
- The percentage of beneficiaries who have made at least one transaction
- The breakdown of cards ordered by type (virtual or physical cards)

We only provide overall statistics. In accordance with GDPR, we are not authorised to share personal data (for example: which beneficiaries have a balance below €200), whether through analytics or our customer service.
