If you haven't received your refund despite having a credit note from Swile Travel, it's likely because we don't have your IBAN.
When you set up a SEPA mandate on you Swile Travel account, our system does not automatically save your IBAN. This is to allow you to choose a different bank account for your refunds than the one used for direct debits (if needed).
💸 To update your IBAN, follow these steps:
Go to the Payment methods page in your administrator account.
Click on the pen icon next to the bank account you wish to modify.
Add your IBAN and save the changes. 🙌
Once your IBAN is entered, our accounting team will be able to process your refund.
📆 Transfer receipt time frame
Swile Travel refunds are generally processed once a week. If you had already provided your IBAN, we kindly ask you to wait 7 business days.
