Manage Your Employees via SFTP on Swile Travel

To manage your team members on Swile Travel, you can either:

  • Create them / modify / deactivate them via your admin area
  • Connect your HRIS and your Admin area via an SFTP feed. In this article, we explain how to do it 🚀

💡 What is the SFTP feed? 

An integration via SFTP feed allows you to connect your HRIS to your Swile Travel admin area to automatically add, modify, or delete team members.

No risk of a team member who has left your company having access to Swile Travel. 😌

💾 How to set it up and what are the prerequisites? 

You just need to contact your account manager to start the setup. 

Here are the prerequisites: 

  • You will need to send us your public SSH key so we can add it to our register to allow a connection from your network,

  • We will then share the connection information with you,

  • You will need to configure your system with the elements we provide (a .csv file with information related to your team members),

  • We will then conduct a test to validate the connection setup and the format of the generated file.

🔧 How does it work once set up? 

You can set the frequency for sending the file to the SFTP.

Upon receipt, we: 

  • create users who appear for the first time
  • modify users if any information has changed
  • remove team members who are no longer on your file

Once processed, the old file is deleted from the SFTP. No need to clean up on your side.
