📆 When is a booking paid for?

• If you have chosen direct debit at the time of booking: as soon as the booking is confirmed and the traveller receives a confirmation email, your company will be charged.

• If you have chosen monthly direct debit: all bookings made and confirmed during the month will be charged to you on the last day of the current month.

• If you have chosen bank transfer: you must make the transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

💸 Payment method and billing entities

If your company has provided only one billing entity and one payment method, these will be used for all bookings.

👀 Billing entities

You can only link one billing entity per payment method, and per employee.
