To better meet your needs, User Creator, Analyst or Accountant roles can be assigned within your company on Swile Travel.

To obtain one of these roles, you need to request it from our customer service team.
⚠️ Only an administrator is authorised to request the assignment of a role from our service.

🧩 The "User Creator" role

This role allows you to manage user accounts for your company.
As an administrator, you can delegate this responsibility to one or more people in your organisation.

From their dashboard, the User Creator can:

• Create a user profile
• Invite a user profile
• Edit user profile information
• Deactivate a user profile

📊 The "Analyst" role

Assigned at the administrator's request, this role allows access to:

• Booking exports
• Statistics (travel expenses and carbon impact)

💼 The "Accountant" role

This role has the same access as the Analyst, namely:

• Booking exports
• Statistics (travel expenses and carbon impact)

In addition, the Accountant also has access to:

• Invoices
• Billing exports
