What is the purpose of the "Personalisation" tab in the "Communication" menu?

The Communication tab — and therefore the Customisation tab — is only available if your organisation has subscribed to it.

In the "Communication" menu > "Customisation" tab, you can:

• ✏️ Add or edit the name of your portal
• 🖼️ Add a logo and a cover image
• ☑️ Choose which sections to display to your users at the bottom of the page by ticking or unticking them

The "View portal" button lets you go straight to the portal and see exactly what your users will see.

Are changes applied instantly?

Yes, all changes are immediately visible to your users — there is no draft mode. Use the "View portal" button to preview how it looks.
