Where can I find the statistics for my newsletters?

If you have the Communication module (MonCSE offer), you can create and send newsletters. All your campaigns and their performance are centralised in the Communication > Newsletters menu.

Where can I find the overall statistics for my newsletters?

In "Communication" > "Newsletters", an "Analytics" section displays the consolidated performance of all your campaigns:

• Campaigns sent: total number of campaigns sent
• Delivered: average deliverability rate
• Open rate: average open rate
• Click rate: average click rate

How do I access the details of a sent campaign?

In "Communication" > "Newsletters", click on a sent campaign to access its detail page. Here you'll find:

• A visual summary: thumbnail preview, subject, preview text, dates, status and a "View email" button
• A "Campaign analysis" section: number of recipients, deliverability rate, open rate, click rate
• The detailed recipient list with, for each: name, email, delivery status, number of opens and number of clicks (filterable by status, opens and clicks)
