If you have the Communication module (MonCSE offer), you can create and send newsletters. All your campaigns are managed in the Communication > Newsletters menu.
From the "..." (three dots) menu for each campaign, you can edit, duplicate or archive your newsletters depending on their status.
📌 What you can do depending on the status
Draft: can be edited or duplicated at any time.
Scheduled: can be edited (content and send date) before sending.
Sent: read-only — can be duplicated or archived.
Archived: read-only, accessible from the "Archived" tab.
As long as your newsletter hasn't been sent, you can edit it fully. Click on the three dots "...", then select "Edit".
💾 Automatic saving
You can leave the editor at any time by clicking the "Exit" button at the top left. Your content is saved automatically — the campaign remains as a Draft and you can pick it up later.
- Click on the three dots "...", then select "Edit".
- Click on "Finalise sending", then choose a new date. The update is immediate.
To save starting from scratch, duplicate an existing campaign from the three dots "...". A new draft will be created — you can edit it before sending.
From the three dots "..." on the relevant newsletter, click on "Archive".
The newsletter remains accessible in read-only mode from the "Archived" tab.
