How can I manage newsletter unsubscribes?

If you have the Communication module (MonCSE offer), you can create and send newsletters. All your campaigns are managed in the Communication > Newsletters menu.

What footer is added to my newsletters?

A footer is automatically added to every newsletter you send. It contains the following message:

This email has been sent to you by your organisation. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, or if you have any questions about how your personal data is managed, please contact them directly.

📌 Footer cannot be edited at the moment

The content of the footer can't be customised yet. An automated unsubscribe management system (unsubscribe list) is also planned soon. We're working on it!

How do I manage unsubscribe requests?

If an employee wants to unsubscribe, they need to send you a request. As an administrator, you can manually manage the list of recipients.
