How and when will I receive my invoices?

Your invoices are sent twice a month, on the 1st and 16th, to your email inbox. They are also available in your Swile affiliate area. Invoices are digital and are not sent by post. Make sure to activate your account if you haven’t already! 🚀

💡 If you prefer, we can switch you to monthly invoicing on request.

👩‍💻 Download your invoices from your account

  • In your account, click on Invoices
  • Click on Download all or download your invoices one by one by clicking the download arrow to the right of the relevant invoice.

On the second page of your invoice, you’ll find a list of transactions made during the period.

🤝 Add a user (for example: your accountant)

You can create an additional access to your Affiliate Area, for your accountant for example, so they can access your invoices and transactions made with the Swile card. We explain how to do this on our dedicated help page: How do I manage users in the affiliate area?

🧐 Can’t find all your invoices in your account?

If you’re missing invoices in your account or you notice payments that don’t match any invoice, please provide us with the following details so we can help you as quickly as possible:

  • The date of the payment or transfer
  • The full bank reference
