My payment terminal displays "card not supported", what should I do?

The "Card not supported" error message means that your payment terminal (PDQ machine) is unable to recognise or process our Swile cards.

In this case, you should contact your payment terminal provider. The company that supplied your PDQ machine is responsible for software updates. They will be able to advise you on what to do next.
