What is the settlement time for Swile payments?

The time it takes to process your Swile transactions varies depending on whether the payment was made in person or online.

💳 Payment for Swile transactions made in person

Our cards operate on the Mastercard/Visa network, which means you’ll receive payment for your in-person transactions within 24 to 48 hours (bank processing time).
Sometimes, this period may be longer depending on your bank.

💡 You can check the payment date for your transactions directly on your invoice or in the Transactions tab, under the collection date column.

🛜 Payment for online transactions

If you have online orders through delivery platforms, you’ll be reimbursed 3 days after you receive your Swile invoice (that is, every 15 or 30 days depending on your billing frequency). Commission fees are deducted from the amount paid. For more information about your online billing, click here.
