What happens to my meal vouchers at the end of the year?

Swile is now making it easier to carry over your unused meal vouchers. Your meal vouchers are not perishable and can be carried over from month to month.

What is the carryover?

The carryover consists of carrying over non-used meal vouchers from the previous year to the current year. Your balance therefore rolls over from month to month and year to year. The validity of your meal vouchers is unlimited.

How does it work?

Each year, until February 28 of the following year, you can use the vouchers of the previous year!

So when you use your Swile Card, the old balance will be debited first automatically.

From March 1, if the balance roll over option has been activated by your administrator, your remaining balance will be transformed into a new balance for the coming year. 🎉

For card users

If you are a card user, you won't have to worry about a thing.

You will simply receive an email at the beginning of April that tells you that the carryover has been made.
