Meal vouchers are valid for one year. They expire on 1st March of the following year. However, by default, we enable the automatic carry-over of meal vouchers.
To check that the carry-over is enabled for all your recipients 👇
- Go to your meal voucher admin area > Settings option
- In "Meal voucher usage", the "Allow automatic carry-over of meal vouchers at the end of the year" button is enabled if it’s coloured (or disabled if it’s greyed out).
📆 Carry-over enabled in 2025
By allowing automatic carry-over, 2025 vouchers will be exchanged for 2026 vouchers when they expire.
