Validity Period of Meal Vouchers (Automatic Carry-Over)

How long are meal vouchers valid for?

Meal vouchers are valid for one year. They expire on 1st March of the following year. By default, automatic rollover of meal vouchers is set up from year to year. As long as this rollover remains enabled, the meal vouchers do not expire.

How can I check if automatic rollover of meal vouchers is enabled?

As an administrator, you can check at any time that automatic rollover is enabled for all your recipients:

1. From your meal voucher admin area, go to Settings.
2. In the Meal voucher usage section, look for the Allow automatic rollover of meal vouchers at the end of the year button. Rollover is enabled when the button is coloured, and disabled when it is greyed out.
