Meal vouchers are valid for one year. They expire on 1st March of the following year. However, by default, we set up automatic rollover of meal vouchers from year to year. If you leave this rollover enabled, the vouchers won’t expire.
To check that rollover is enabled for all your recipients 👇
Go to your meal voucher admin area > Settings option
In "Meal voucher usage", the "Allow automatic rollover of meal vouchers at the end of the year" button is enabled if it’s coloured (or disabled if it’s greyed out).
📆 Rollover enabled for 2026
By allowing automatic rollover, 2026 vouchers will be exchanged for 2027 vouchers when they expire. As this happens automatically, no email will be sent to your recipients.
