Welcome to your Swile platform! 🥳 Here are the various features you can find in the Gifts and Benefits section:
These are vouchers allocated by the Works Council and are subject to certain URSSAF constraints. The total annual amount must not exceed €200 per event per beneficiary to be exempt. We explain everything in the article How to credit my beneficiaries with gift vouchers?
To learn more about Holiday Benefits, check out our dedicated section for users and for administrators.
This is an amount that the Works Council will cover on the prices in the Swile shop. You can find more information in our article on shop subsidy.
This option allows you to set a reimbursement rule for your beneficiaries (culture, travel, and sport). Your beneficiaries can send you their invoices, and you will be responsible for deciding whether to accept the invoice and proceed with the reimbursement. Here's an article on the subject: How to use the invoice subsidy?
This option allows you to share content with your colleagues such as Works Council members, articles, FAQs, and documents, with the possibility to customise this tab with a logo and a cover photo. Everything is explained here: How to manage the Works Council tab?
A shop accessible all year round, with discounted offers where your colleagues can pay by credit card. They can purchase gift vouchers as well as leisure and culture tickets, throughout France and Belgium.
💚 Spotlight on the "Responsible Consumption" category
At Swile, we want to give our users the option to choose how they consume. In the Good Deals shop, you'll find a "Responsible Consumption" category that highlights our committed and responsible partner brands.
To identify them, we have developed an evaluation method based on the following elements:
- 12 criteria are evaluated (e.g., Made in France, eco-design, diversity, renewable resources, waste reduction, solidarity initiatives, etc.)
- The presence of environmental and/or social labels or certifications is particularly valued (B Corp, Ecovadis, Organic Label, European Ecolabel, etc.)
- Brands must achieve a score that reflects significant commitment across several aspects of their CSR performance.
From the Accounting > Pennylane tab, you can activate the transmission by Swile to Pennylane of certain management data to find them in accounting on your Pennylane account.
This assumes you have previously subscribed to a contract with Pennylane, an accounting solution tailored to the Works Council and a partner of Swile. To learn more about Pennylane, contact your Swile account manager.
The data transmission concerns:
- All invoices issued by Swile
- All invoice reimbursements to your beneficiaries that you have validated in Swile, with the necessary information to create in accounting in Pennylane the beneficiary as a third-party supplier.
To date, the sales of your customised offers cannot be automatically transmitted by Swile to Pennylane.
