Your Works Council (CSE) or your company may grant you a subsidy to use in the Swile shop. In this article, we’ll explain how to check if you have such a subsidy and how to use it 👇
Go to the CSE tab (or Portal depending on your interface)
Check your benefits. If you see Shop mentioned on one of them, it means you have a subsidy that can be used in the shop.
Click on the card labelled "Shop" (if you’ve already used your subsidy, or if it’s expired, the card will no longer be clickable). You’ll be redirected to the list of products eligible for your subsidy. 💡 The prices shown do not include the subsidy; the subsidy amount will be calculated when you check out.
Add one or more products to your basket.
When you go to your basket, you’ll see the amount subsidised by your CSE / company.
Click on Place order
Confirm your details (email address and billing address).
Complete the payment by card if needed. 💡 At this stage, you can choose not to use the subsidy (for example, if you want to save it for a future purchase) by unticking Use my subsidy.
Click on Confirm and Pay
