I have a "Shop and Reimbursement" benefit – how can I make the most of it?

👀 What subsidies are available to you?

Your Works Council (CSE) or company can offer different types of subsidies:

  • Reimbursement on presentation of an invoice. To find out more, see: How does the invoice subsidy work?
  • Subsidy to use in the Deals Shop. To find out more, see: How do I use the shop subsidy?
  • A subsidy that combines both: "Shop and Reimbursement". You can use the amount however you like, in the shop and/or by requesting a reimbursement with an invoice. In this article, we explain how to do it 👇

💸 How do you make the most of your "Shop and Reimbursement" benefit?

  • Go to the CSE tab (or Portal depending on your interface)
  • Click on the card showing your Shop and Reimbursement benefit. 💡 If you’ve already used your subsidy, or if it’s expired, the card will no longer be clickable.
  • Choose whether you want to use it in the shop and/or via invoice reimbursement. You have 3 options:
    1. You can spend the full amount in the shop ("Use in the shop").
    2. You can get the full amount reimbursed by providing an invoice ("Get reimbursed").
    3. Combine both: You can spend part in the shop and get the rest reimbursed with an invoice.

📩 Got a question or need help?

It’s important to know that your CSE (or company) is responsible for:

  • Crediting your subsidy and deciding how much you receive.
  • Setting the spending conditions for your subsidy (eligible products, criteria, etc.).
  • Approving or rejecting an invoice reimbursement.
  • Handling the bank transfer if an invoice reimbursement needs to be made.

👉 If you have a question about any of these topics, please contact your CSE (or company) directly.

👉 If you need help using your subsidy, our team is here to support you. 😊
