⚠️ Important
Before crediting gift vouchers to your recipients, make sure you’ve made a transfer to your company fund. See: How do I top up my Gifts and Benefits fund?
🎁 What are the conditions for crediting gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are allocated by the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) — or an equivalent body if you don’t have a CSE — and are subject to URSSAF regulations:
- Recipients must be eligible for one of the relevant URSSAF events.
- The crediting must be timed in relation to the event.
- The maximum amount exempt from charges is €200 per year, per employee, per event.
❗ Please note
The acceptance network for the vouchers depends on the event for which they are given. Adult and Child vouchers cannot be used in the same way.
🧑💻 How do I place a gift voucher order?
Once you’ve topped up your company fund, you can create an allocation for your recipients 🎉
Select the allocation you want to credit.
To allocate gift vouchers, choose the gift benefits. The allocation corresponds to the type of benefit being given.
Choose:
- The event linked to the allocation (Adult Christmas, back to school, culture, etc.).
- The amount to be given to each recipient.
The same amount will be applied to all recipients in the order.
You have three options:
-
Select existing recipients
Choose from employees who have accepted your invitation to join the Benefits area. You can select one or more, and add others manually if needed. -
Import a .csv file
Download the template, fill in the columns (surname, first name, email), then import it. Any errors (typos, unsupported characters) can be corrected directly in the interface. -
Add recipients manually
Enter each recipient’s surname, first name and email address.
You can edit or remove recipients as long as the order hasn’t been confirmed.
❗ Please note
Editing a recipient’s details during the order process does not update their profile in the Employees tab of your admin area.
Check the information, then move on to setting up the activation email.
Customise the email sent to your recipients:
- Choose a pre-written message or write your own.
- Add your organisation’s logo (510 x 510 px, max 2 MB).
- Preview the email before sending.
- Select the sending date (emails are sent between 9am and 11am).
If you choose today’s date, the email will be sent within 2 hours.
Subject to available funds in your company fund on the chosen date.
To finalise your order:
- Label the order for easier identification (optional).
- Review the summary (allocation, recipients, amount).
- Check the different bank details for making the transfer.
- Check the billing address.
- Confirm the order.
Once payment is confirmed, your recipients will receive the activation email for their allocation.
