You can cancel an order placed in the Gifts and Benefits area (gift vouchers, holiday benefits, etc.) as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Follow these steps to cancel your order:
- Go to your admin area for managing the gifts and benefits programme
- Click on Order history.
Only orders scheduled for future dates that haven't been processed yet can be cancelled. These will have a small bin icon at the end of the line. - To cancel the order, click on this icon and then on Confirm 🚀
What about payment?
Orders in the Gifts and Benefits area are only charged to your pot when they are loaded. Since the cancellation happened before this step, your pot hasn't been affected. As no payment has been made, there will be no invoice or refund to expect.
