How can I check the activation status of my beneficiaries’ accounts?

You’ve created your beneficiaries so they can enjoy their employee benefits, and now you want to check if their accounts have been activated and if invitations have been sent?

👉 There are several activation statuses. To view them, click on the Employees button (on the left of your dashboard). You’ll see labels showing you the following information:

  • Pending activation: The invitation has been scheduled or sent, either for a specific date or it’s already been created.
  • Invitation not scheduled: The account has been created, but the invitation hasn’t been generated yet.

💡 If there’s no status shown, good news! Your employee’s account is active.

You can also:

  • Filter your employees’ accounts by activation status to see who’s still waiting to activate
  • Export a file of all beneficiaries who haven’t activated their account by clicking the CSV button at the top right.
