You’ve created your beneficiaries so they can enjoy their employee benefits, and now you want to check if their accounts have been activated and if invitations have been sent?
👉 There are several activation statuses. To view them, click on the Employees button (on the left of your dashboard). You’ll see labels showing you the following information:
- Pending activation: The invitation has been scheduled or sent, either for a specific date or it’s already been created.
- Invitation not scheduled: The account has been created, but the invitation hasn’t been generated yet.
💡 If there’s no status shown, good news! Your employee’s account is active.
You can also:
- Filter your employees’ accounts by activation status to see who’s still waiting to activate
- Export a file of all beneficiaries who haven’t activated their account by clicking the CSV button at the top right.
