👥 How can I tell if an employee has activated their account?
Go to the Employees menu.
A status is shown next to each employee:
- Awaiting activation: the employee hasn't activated their account yet.
- Invitation scheduled: an invitation has been scheduled to be sent. Click on the employee's row to see the planned date ("invitation scheduled for XX/XX").
- Invitation not scheduled: the account has been created, but no invitation has been sent yet.
- Active: the employee has accepted the invitation. To see this status, click on the relevant employee's row.
📩 How do I resend an account activation invitation?
If needed, you can resend an invitation in two ways.
1. To all employees who haven't activated their account (bulk send)
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Click on Resend invitations.
2. To a specific employee (individual send)
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Find the profile and click on it.
- Click the Resend invitation button.
🔍 Can I filter to narrow down the results?
In the Employees menu, you can filter the list by:
- Status: Admins only / Awaiting activation / Recently removed.
- Programmes: useful if you have several programmes (e.g. meal vouchers and gifts).
- Companies: useful if you manage several companies.
📤 How do I export the list of employees?
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Filter by status, programme or company if needed. If you don't use a filter, all employees will be exported.
- Click on Actions, then Export employee list.
