How do I access my Gifts and Benefits administrator area?

To access your Gifts and Benefits admin area, you’ll need to have activated your account first. The admin area is only available via a web browser.

💌 Activating your account

You’ll have received an email inviting you to create your account. Click the link in the email and follow the step-by-step instructions.

🔐 Logging in and accessing your admin area

You can log in directly using this link: https://directory.swile.co/signin

Once logged in, you’ll have two areas (a user area and an admin area) that you can switch between (see below 👇).

You’ll have a user area by default, even if you’re only an admin.

🔁 Switching between the admin area and the user area 

👩‍💻 Switch from the user area to the Gifts and Benefits admin area
  • Click your first name at the top right
  • Click on Admin area

  • Click on Gifts and Benefits on the left
