By default, your Gifts and Benefits recipients receive an invitation email in which they need to activate their benefit.
You can view all your invited recipients and their statuses. To find out more, see: How do I check the invitation status of my recipients?
If your recipients haven’t received the invitation email or you want to remind them, you can resend it to them.

💌 Resend invitations individually
- In the Recipients tab, search for the name of the recipient you want to resend the invitation to.
- Click on the ••• at the end of the row, and select “Resend invitation email”.
- The recipient will receive the invitation email again.
ℹ️ An email is automatically sent to recipients who haven’t activated their benefit 3 and 10 days after the first invitation is sent, then on the 1st of each month until the invitation expires.

📩 Resend invitations in bulk to recipients who haven’t activated their account
- In the Recipients tab, filter the list of recipients using the “Inactive” status.
- Send an email to all inactive recipients in one click by clicking on “Send reminder email” that appears.
- The relevant recipients will receive the invitation email again.
