Your employees' gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
📌 Example: If you credited your recipients on 01/12/2025, the vouchers will expire on 01/12/2026 inclusive.
📤 Activating gift vouchers
Once a gift voucher order has been confirmed, your recipients will receive an email inviting them to activate their allocation on the date you choose. This date marks the start of the validity period for the gift vouchers.
Your recipients have one year to activate and use their allocation.
📩 How are my recipients notified about gift vouchers to activate?
When placing your order, you choose the date on which your recipients will receive an email inviting them to activate their gift vouchers.
A reminder email is automatically sent to recipients who haven't activated their allocation 3 and 10 days after the first invitation, then on the 1st of each month until the vouchers expire.
📩 How are my recipients notified about the expiry of their gift vouchers?
The expiry date is displayed on your recipients' Swile account. In addition, a notification is sent to all your recipients as the expiry date approaches to remind them.
🫣 Is it possible to check the remaining balance on my recipients' accounts?
For confidentiality reasons, it is not possible to view the remaining balance on your employees' accounts.
