To be able to access your mobility platform and place your first order, you must first go through a KYB check. Here we explain what these procedures are and what their objectives are.

📌 What does KYB mean?

KYB stands for Know Your Business. The procedure translates into a list of official documents that must be collected in order to identify and verify the identity of our customers.

🧐 Why do you need to provide this information?

This procedure helps to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, tax offences and identity theft. It is a regulatory and legal obligation (subject to Title VI of the Monetary Code.)

We have to follow this obligation to offer you a secure product, and in compliance with mandatory international rules.

👉 In short, it's about knowing our customers, so that we can apply the right control measures to ensure that Swile complies with the rules in force.

The KYB process also protects you, as it helps to avoid identity theft and fraud on your accounts.

📚 What information do I need?

In addition to an identity document for the company's legal representative, and that of the beneficial owners, a series of documents specific to the company will be requested by your privileged contact:

  • Company KBIS less than 3 months old
  • Identity document for the legal representative (national identity card, passport or driving licence) - in colour
  • If beneficial owner(s), their identity documents as well
  • Customer identification form - Mobility program - completed, dated and signed by the legal representative or authorised representative. (It won't take long, I promise!)
  • Top up your savings account by between €1 and €150. You'll find the bank details for your pot on your mobility platform (by logging in from your administrator area), and you can make the transfer to these bank details.

📆 Once the process has started, how quickly can you credit your employees?

While we carry out the necessary checks, this can take between 48 and 72 working hours.

🔐 We take care of your data

The information collected is not used for any other purpose, is stored securely, and we have an obligation to keep it confidential.
