To credit home-to-work travel benefits to your recipients, you first need to top up your company’s fund by making a bank transfer. This article explains how to do it 😊
Your fund has its own bank details (RIB). You can find these details directly in your admin area.
- Go to your mobility area
- Click on the Details button next to New order.
This is a standard bank transfer, so please allow 3 days for the funds to arrive.
You can see the available amount directly in your admin area, next to the New order button, once the transfer has been received in the fund.
📌 Important
👉 The bank details for your company fund are only for crediting mobility benefits for your employees, not for paying service fees. For service fees, Swile’s bank details will be shown on each invoice.
👉 You have a separate fund for each programme. The bank details for your mobility fund are therefore different from those for your gift voucher fund.
