đ Strong authentication
The principle of strong authentication is a measure put in place to further secure any so-called sensitive actions carried out from your administrator account.
The aim? To guarantee a strict identity and access management policy and reduce the chances of a successful cyber attack.
In practical terms, when you carry out a so-called sensitive action, you will receive a confirmation code by text message (or by calling a voicemail box on a landline telephone) which proves that you are the legitimate owner of the account from which the request originated.
đ What are sensitive operations?
Several actions on your administrator space will be concerned: validating an order, adding an administrator, etc. As soon as you do these, strong authentication will be implemented and you will be asked to validate these actions twice by entering the security code you receive.
đ Can I remove strong authentication?
No. You will be asked to do this by Swile services for each so-called sensitive action. You must enter the code if it is requested.
đ Can I have the code sent by email?
No, strong authentication is currently only done by telephone.
