👨‍💻 How do I update your bank details for a meal voucher order?
To update the bank details for your direct debit mandate:
👉 First, you'll need to place your next order and choose to pay by bank transfer. Make this transfer from your new bank account.
👉 Once we've received the funds, you'll then be able to update the direct debit mandate in your account or update the mandate signatory:
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Change direct debit mandate
- Enter the new bank details and signatory, then confirm
- Save the SEPA mandate (
) and email the signed copy to entreprise@swile.co
📌 By clicking Confirm, you are electronically signing this mandate form. By signing, you authorise Swile to send instructions to your bank to debit your account from your next order onwards.
✍️ How do I update the SEPA mandate signatory?
To update the signatory of your SEPA mandate, whether or not you want to keep the same bank details, you'll need to follow the same steps as above. That means you'll need to pay for your next order by bank transfer, which will then unlock the option to update the direct debit mandate (and therefore the signatory) in your settings.
