👀 Who can create a user?
Only an administrator can create a user (for any team).
👩💻 How to create and/or invite a user?
First, access your teams:
- Go to the Administration tab
- Click on Teams
- Click on the team the user will be in
- Then follow the procedure below, depending on what you want to do 👇
👉 Create users
- Click on Create a new user
- Fill in the required informations
You have two options :
- Create the user without inviting him/her: allows you to make reservations for your collaborator without him/her having access to his/her profile. The user will only receive confirmation, modification and cancellation e-mails. This option is recommended if you don't want the user to manage their reservations themselves.
- Create and invite to use Swile Travel: allows your collaborator to update their profile information, view and manage their bookings.
👉 Invite users
You can generate an invitation link for your collaborators: click on Add to fill in your domain name.
Or you can invite specific collaborators, with their e-mail address.
