To board the train, please make sure you have downloaded your ticket in advance.
💌 As soon as your booking is confirmed:
- Your ticket will be sent to you by email as a PDF
- Your ticket is also available in your Swile Travel account
📱 Download your train tickets on the Swile app
💡 Swile App
The app is only available if you have meal vouchers as well as Swile Travel.
- Tap on Travel
- Tap the menu at the top right (represented by 3 lines) > My bookings > Active
- Select the relevant trip
- Scroll down to the Travellers section and tap View my tickets
- Once you see the QR code, you can tap:
- Download the e-ticket
- Add to Google Wallet
- Add to Apple Wallet
📱 Add your train tickets to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet
- Once you have accessed your ticket as described above, tap Add to Google Wallet.
- Tap Add
- Tap Show in wallet

- Once you have accessed your ticket as described above, tap Add to Apple Wallet app.
- Tap Add at the top right

👩💻 Download your train tickets on your browser (computer)
- Log in to your Swile account
- Go to the My bookings tab > click on Active
- Click on Ticket
- A QR code will appear. Click on Download the E-Ticket
🖨 Printing your tickets
You can also print your tickets for free at an SNCF ticket machine in the station, using your 6-character booking reference.
