By default, approval for an administrator is not enabled. Below, we explain how to activate the validation by a validator 👇
💡 Good to know
If a collaborator makes a booking for both themselves and an administrator in the same trip, and the validation is not activated, the booking will be automatically validated.
👩💻 Enable the validation by a validator
As an administrator, your profile includes a feature that allows you to enable or disable the validation by a validator option. When this setting is checked, the standard approval workflow will apply.
You can enable this option for yourself and also for other administrators in your company.
👀 How to proceed ?
In your personal account, by clicking on your first and last name, you’ll find all your personal information. The checkbox "Must be validated by a validator" appears below your billing entities.
