As a Swile Travel administrator, you have access to an interactive map that lets you see at a glance where your colleagues currently travelling are located.
🗺️ What is the travellers' map for and how do I access it?
From your Swile Travel admin area:
- Go to the Travel menu
- Click on the Bookings tab
The map will appear straight away. It shows the location of your travelling colleagues, based on their booking data – not on GPS geolocation.
If you’d rather not display it, simply click on "Hide map".
If the map is hidden and you want to view it, just click on "Show map".
âś… What can I do with the travellers' map?
- See all your travellers currently on the move at any given time
- Search for a traveller by name to find them quickly
- Identify the geographical spread of current trips
- Go straight to the relevant booking for each colleague
📡 Location based on bookings
The position shown on the map is calculated from your colleagues’ booking data. It’s not real-time GPS geolocation.
