Exporting bookings on Swile Travel

If you have an administrator account on Swile Travel, you can export reservations from your account. To do so: 

  • Go to the administration area.
  • Click on Bookings exports (or Bookings > Bookings exports, depending on your account).

Once on the page, you can filter by billing entities, order date, or travel date.

Click on Receive my export by email. You will receive your export at the email address linked to your Swile account. 💌

At the bottom of the page, you can also find the history of exports made and download them in the format of your choice (.csv or .xlsx).
