If you want to add a new administrator to manage your Gifts and Benefits area, the person in question must first be added as a beneficiary.
If they don't need to be a beneficiary, simply don't credit them.
🙌 The future administrator is already on your list of beneficiaries
- Find the colleague in the “Colleagues” tab or in the “Beneficiaries” tab of the programme
- Click on their name
- Select the relevant programme from the tabs at the top
- Click on “Edit” > “Role” > “Admin”
- Confirm
👩💻 The future administrator hasn't been added to your list of beneficiaries
👉 If the admin needs to be created and have a Swile card:
- Add the beneficiary via a CSV file by following these steps
- Once created, follow the first step in this article to set them as an administrator (see "🙌 The future administrator is already on your list of beneficiaries")
👉 If the admin needs to be created without a card:
- Click on + at the top right of the screen, then on Beneficiary
- Fill in the required information
- Click on Administrator Activate
- Choose the date for the invitation email to be sent
- Click on Create
