Depending on how your account is set up, you may be responsible for ordering physical cards for your recipients. In your Gifts and Benefits admin area, you can add several delivery points. Delivery points allow you to enter the addresses of your different offices for deliveries.
👩💻 Access your delivery points
- Go to your gift vouchers admin area
- Click on Settings
- At the bottom of the page, you'll see the Delivery points
option
🙌 Add a new delivery address
- Access your delivery points as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Add a new office and fill in the required information.
- Click Add to confirm
✍️ Edit an existing delivery address
- Access your delivery points as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Edit. You can enter the address you want or set it as the default delivery point by clicking on the star.
⛔️ Delete a delivery address
- Access your delivery points as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Delete. This isn't possible for the default address (if you only have one address, you'll just need to edit the default address).
