Depending on how your account is set up, you may be responsible for ordering physical cards for your recipients. In your Gifts and Benefits admin area, you can add several delivery locations. These locations allow you to enter the addresses of your different offices for deliveries.
👩💻 Access your delivery locations
- Go to your gift vouchers admin area
- Click on Settings
- At the bottom of the page, you'll see the Delivery locations option
🙌 Add a new delivery address
- Go to your delivery locations as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Add a new office and fill in the required information.
- Click on Add to confirm
✍️ Edit an existing delivery address
- Go to your delivery locations as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Edit. You can enter the address you want or set it as the default delivery location by clicking on the star.
⛔️ Delete a delivery address
- Go to your delivery locations as explained at the start of this article
- Click on Delete. You can't delete the default address (if you only have one address, you'll just need to update the default address instead).
