By adding beneficiaries on the gifts and perks platform, you allow them to access the CSE offers on their Swile account 🎁
This article explains how to create beneficiaries. Once you've done this, you can then credit them: How do I credit my beneficiaries with gift vouchers?
You have two options:
- 👉 Add your beneficiaries on the platform (one by one, or in bulk) from the Beneficiaries menu: They will have access to the CSE offers, but this will not trigger a card order, regardless of your account settings.

👉 Add your beneficiaries via a CSV file in the order process: They will have access to the CSE offers. As for card orders, this depends on your account settings (if in doubt, please contact our support team):
- If you are responsible for ordering cards: Placing an order via the CSV file will automatically trigger a physical card order if your beneficiary doesn't already have one.
- If your beneficiaries need to order their own card from their account: Placing an order via the CSV file will allow your beneficiary to order a card themselves from their account, if they don't already have one.

- Click on + Add at the top right, then on Add a beneficiary
- Enter the information (if the employee already has a Swile account through mobility or meal vouchers, for example, you must enter exactly the same details)
- Click Create to confirm
- Click on + Add at the top right, then on Bulk import
- Then select the relevant company to link the beneficiaries
- Choose an invitation date so your beneficiaries can activate their account if needed
- Click Continue then Download the template
- Fill in your beneficiaries' details in the CSV file:
- Title: Enter "Mr" or "Mrs"
- Role: Enter "Administrator" or "User"
- Date of birth: in the format DD/MM/YYYY
- Once the CSV file is completed and saved, import it so your beneficiaries are immediately created on the platform
1. Go to your admin area
2. Click on + and Order
3. Select the event "Other" for creating a beneficiary and card without loading funds
4. You can customise the CSV file according to your needs:
- Employee number: Tick this if you need to enter an employee number
- Billing centre code: If your company has several billing points (for example, an office in Paris and one in Montpellier). Enter the code for the relevant billing point in your CSV file. If the displayed address is incorrect, please contact your account manager or customer service to update it.
- Employee without email: If your company wants to add employees who don't have email addresses. Invitations will be sent by post, either to the office or to their home (make sure to enter the delivery address for these beneficiaries).
- Delivery point code: Only fill in this column if you are responsible for ordering cards for your employees. Depending on your account settings, your employees may need to order their own card from their Swile account – contact our support team if you're unsure. In this case, you don't need to fill in this column. For card delivery to the office or home (for office delivery, enter the delivery point code; for home delivery, enter D [for domicile] and then fill in your beneficiary's address). If the displayed address is incorrect, please contact your account manager or customer service to update it.

Paper flyer: Do not tick this option when you are only adding beneficiaries
5. Click on Download my file
6. Fill in your beneficiary's details and the information for the fields you selected in step 4 (do not fill in the allocation column, you'll do this when you load funds)
7. Save and drag the file to the designated area
8. Customise your order:
- Enter the invitation send date: The email will only be sent to new beneficiaries. If your beneficiary already has an active account (for example, through meal vouchers), they won't receive an invitation email. If your employee doesn't have a card and your settings allow them to order their own card, they will be able to do so from the invitation date you set.
- Enter a loading date: This is the date when the cards will be created.

9. Click Continue. A summary will appear. If all the information is correct, confirm your order; if not, click the small cross at the top right.
🧐 Found any errors?
If, after importing, you see error messages, we'll show you which line the error is on so you can fix it. Edit it directly in your file, save it again, and re-import it.
