What happens to my commuting benefits if I leave my company?

Once your employer removes you from their mobility benefits (commuting perks), any ongoing reimbursement requests will be stopped and your remaining balance will be returned to your company 💰
If needed, please contact your company’s Swile administrator for assistance.

👀 Special case: Navigo (1 month free)

If your employer covers 50% of your costs, in 2026, with your Swile commuting benefits, you’ll be reimbursed €41.62 per month (over 12 months). However, your Navigo subscription includes 1 free month, so you pay €45.40 per month (over 11 months).

This means there’s a difference of €3.78 per month (€45.40 - €41.62 = €3.78). This amount will be reimbursed to you on a pro-rata basis.

In practice: If you leave your company in September, we’ll reimburse you for 9 months of your Navigo subscription at €41.62 per month. We’ll also add a payment of €3.78*9 = €34.02.
