Submit your reimbursement request even if your account balance is less than the price of your item. We will reimburse you in instalments, as your employer tops up your account. You won't need to submit your invoice again (even if the end of the year comes).
👀 Example: You bought a bike for €300 in January and your employer credits your account in instalments, according to the package chosen by your employer (for example, €42 per month). For six months, your home-to-work travel account will be debited €42 per month, and your personal bank account will be re-credited with the same amount.
