View and understand meal voucher statistics on the dashboard

To access your statistics, go to your meal voucher administrator area and click on Dashboard.

📌 Important: In order to guarantee the anonymity of beneficiaries, certain statistics are only available from 10 beneficiaries.

If you are the administrator of several entities, you will be able to select the desired ones by clicking on the Filter by establishment button.

You can navigate the dashboard via the following 4 tabs and by filtering on a given period for the graphs that allow it.

📆 Available data

Due to the recent development of this tab, only statistics after February 2025 are available.

Overview

Here you will find :

• The number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers over the previous month
• The percentage of active beneficiaries over the last 6 months
• The amount of meal vouchers ordered since the beginning of the calendar year
• The amount of meal vouchers spent by your beneficiaries since the beginning of the calendar year
• Changes in the number of beneficiaries loaded over the previous months
• The number of new beneficiaries
• The remaining balances of your beneficiaries (by tranche)

CSR Impact

Here you will find :

• The amount donated by your beneficiaries and the type of donation they have opted for. To find out more: How can I make a meal voucher donation?
• The breakdown of cards ordered by format (virtual cards or physical cards)
• Classification of activated cards by colour

Use of meal vouchers

Here you will find :

Changes in meal vouchers issued and spent per month
The number and percentage of transactions issued vs. rejected, with reasons for refusal
Preferred payment methods (contactless, mobile, PIN entry, etc.)

Beneficiaries & Cards

Here you will find :

Changes in the number of beneficiaries loaded with meal vouchers over the chosen period
The remaining balance of your beneficiaries
The percentage of beneficiaries who have made at least one transaction
The breakdown of cards ordered by format (virtual cards or physical cards)

We provide global statistics only. In accordance with the RGPD, we are not authorised to communicate nominative data (for example: which beneficiaries have a balance of less than €200), either via the dashboards or our customer service.
