Depending on your account settings, you may have access to a virtual card dedicated to spending your home-to-work travel benefits*.
The home-to-work travel virtual card is used to pay for purchases related to your home-to-work travel benefits at eligible retailers. Once activated, you can add it to your phone's Wallet (Apple, Samsung, Android).
⚠️ Please note, it will be linked only to your home-to-work travel balance. You won't be able to use it for other benefits (such as meal vouchers or gift cards, for example).
First, you'll need to activate your home-to-work travel virtual card. To do this:
- Go to your home-to-work travel account
- Click on the Pay with my phone button, as shown in the image below:
- Read the information provided
- Click on the Activate virtual card button and add it to your phone's wallet
👉 To pay in-store:
- Make sure you're paying at an eligible retailer. It must be a business dedicated to mobility.
- Pay with your phone on the shop's card reader. If needed, see our dedicated article: How do I pay with my phone?
👉 To pay online:
- Make sure you're paying on an eligible website. It must be a business dedicated to mobility.
- At checkout, choose to pay by card and enter your card details. You can find your card details:
- Either from your home-to-work travel account, by clicking on the View my mobility card button
- Or from the Cards tab in your Swile account. ⚠️ Please note: Your mobility card is different from other types of cards you may have on your account (meal vouchers or gift cards). It is labelled "Home-to-work travel", as shown above.
*📌 If you don't have this virtual card, it means you're not eligible for this service.
