If your customers are unable to pay with Swile on Uber Eats and/or Deliveroo, we recommend checking that the Siret (14 digits) linked to your Swile contract is the same as the one linked to the online platforms.
✅ If you find that the Siret is the same, but payments are still not working, please provide us with the following information so we can assist you:
- Name of your establishment
- SIRET number
- Address of the establishment
- If your query concerns Deliveroo, please specify the establishment ID (found on your tablet).
❌ If the SIRETs are different, we suggest contacting the customer service of the relevant delivery platform to update the Siret and thus allow the information to synchronise.
