Uber Eats/Deliveroo: My customers are unable to pay on Uber Eats and/or Deliveroo

If your customers are unable to pay with Swile on Uber Eats and/or Deliveroo, we recommend checking that the Siret (14 digits) linked to your Swile contract is the same as the one linked to the online platforms.

If you find that the Siret is the same, but payments are still not working, please provide us with the following information so we can assist you: 

  • Name of your establishment
  • SIRET number
  • Address of the establishment
  • If your query concerns Deliveroo, please specify the establishment ID (found on your tablet).

If the SIRETs are different, we suggest contacting the customer service of the relevant delivery platform to update the Siret and thus allow the information to synchronise.
