👨‍💻 How do I enable Swile payments online via Payzen, Stripe, Belorder, Obypay, Adyen or Tabesto?

To enable online payments with Swile cards via one of these payment service providers (PSPs), follow the steps below.

  1. Step 1: Contact your bank to request a merchant number (MID, Merchant ID) specific to your payment service provider (PSP: Payzen, Stripe, Belorder, Obypay, Adyen or Tabesto).
  2. Step 2: Once you have your merchant number, provide your PSP with the following information:
    • Your SIRET number, the same as the one you gave to Swile when you signed your contract.
    • Your CNTR approval (Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant).
    • Your MID, the merchant number assigned by your bank for this provider.
  3. Step 3: Add your MID in your Swile affiliate area. For help, see the article How to find and add your TPE credentials?

💸 How are my Swile online transactions reimbursed?

Payments made with Swile meal vouchers via Payzen, Stripe, Belorder, Obypay, Adyen or Tabesto are reimbursed in the same way as other Swile card transactions at your establishment. They are included in your bank card (CB) settlement.
