Have you received your Uber Eats invoice with some orders paid by Swile card? Rest assured, we handle the transfer of these orders for you. Here’s everything you need to know 👇
👩💻 On your Uber Eats invoice
- Uber Eats shows the number of orders received and paid for with a Swile card, as well as the total amount.
- Uber Eats applies a commission to the total amount of these orders.
- Uber Eats transfers the total amount of orders paid by standard bank card, minus the commission.
👩💻 On your Swile invoice
In the Online payment summary section, we list all the orders received during the invoice period and the total amount. This is the amount on which we apply our management fees:
Every 15 days or every month, depending on your chosen billing frequency, we transfer the total amount of your Uber Eats orders to you, minus our management fees.
👉 In summary
- Uber Eats transfers the amount for orders received and paid by standard bank card, minus the Uber Eats commission and minus the amount of orders paid by Swile card.
- The amounts on your Swile invoice may differ from what you actually receive. This is normal: Swile deducts its commission directly at the time of the transaction. The invoice therefore shows the total order amount minus these fees.
