Have you received your Uber Eats invoice with some orders paid by Swile card? We handle the reimbursement for these orders. Here’s everything you need to know 👇
- Uber Eats shows the number of orders received and paid for with a Swile card, as well as the total amount.
- Uber Eats applies a commission to the total amount of these orders.
- Swile then reimburses the total amount of orders paid with meal vouchers, minus the commission.
In the Online payment summary section, we list all the orders received during the invoice period and the total amount. Our management fees are applied to this amount:
Every 15 days or monthly, depending on your chosen billing frequency, we transfer the total amount of Uber Eats orders to you, minus our management fees.
👉 Key points to remember
- Uber Eats pays you the amount for orders received and paid by regular bank card, minus the Uber Eats commission and minus the amount for orders paid by Swile card.
- Swile pays you the amount for online orders within 2 to 3 working days after your invoice is issued in your affiliate area.
👀 The amounts on your Swile invoice don’t match what you receive?
That’s normal, as Swile deducts its commission before making the bank transfer. The invoice therefore shows the total order amount minus the fees.
If your commission fees are higher than the amount of online orders, Swile will deduct its commission and collect the remaining balance due.
