1. Negotiate rates with one or more rental companies Contact the rental company of your choice to discuss preferential rates. Don't hesitate to share your request for negotiated rates, specifying the volumes or special conditions you can offer them.
2. Complete the form and send it to us After negotiating rates with the rental company, fill out this form, which will allow you to send us all the essential information about the rental company and the negotiated rates.
3. We proceed with the implementation As soon as we receive your request and the completed form, we will take care of implementing the negotiated rates in our system. You will receive a confirmation as soon as everything is ready!
📆 How long does it take to set up a negotiated rate?
The process mainly depends on the rental company's responsiveness. Generally, once we have received all the necessary information and the completed form, it takes a few days for the rates to be implemented in our system. However, depending on the rental company's response time, the process may be longer. We will always do our best to finalize the implementation as soon as possible! đź’Ş
