Requesting the Implementation of Negotiated Rates for Air France

If you are an administrator or validator, you can request to implement negotiated rates for Air France. To do this, follow these steps 👇

1. Negotiate rates with Air France
Contact Air France to discuss preferential rates. Don't hesitate to share your request for negotiated rates with them, specifying the volumes or special conditions you can offer.

2. Ask Air France to grant Swile Travel sales rights
You can only set up negotiated rates on the Swile Travel platform if the airline grants us sales rights. You need to contact us by email, so that we can provide you with the missing information.

3. We proceed with the implementation
As soon as we receive the sales agreement from Air France, with the signed contract, we will take care of implementing the negotiated rates in our system. You will receive a confirmation as soon as everything is ready!
