To enable online payments with Swile cards via Payzen, the first step is to contact your bank. You’ll need to ask them to set up a Payzen merchant number for you.

Once you’ve received your merchant number, you’ll need to send the following information to Payzen:

• Your SIRET number, which must be the same as the one you provided when you signed your Swile contract.

• Your CNTR approval (National Commission for Meal Vouchers).

• Your MID, the merchant number your bank has given you for Payzen.

💸 How are Swile online transactions refunded?

Payments made with Swile meal vouchers via Payzen will be refunded in the same way as other Swile card transactions at your business. They’ll be included in your Card Payment (CB) settlement.
