As a user, you can update your phone number directly from your account, either on the mobile app or on your computer.
⚠️ Prerequisite: a registered trusted device
To change your phone number, you must first have registered your phone as a trusted device. Without this, the edit field will remain greyed out and inaccessible. To find out more: How do I register a trusted device?
How do I change my phone number? 📞
📱 From the mobile app
- Step 1: In the mobile app, tap the Menu tab at the bottom right.
- Step 2: Tap Profile and Security.
- Step 3: Tap Personal Information.
- Step 4: Update your phone number in the relevant field. If the field is greyed out, it means you haven't registered a trusted device yet: please register a device first (see How do I register a trusted device?).
- Step 5: Tap Save changes.
- Step 6: Enter the security code you receive by SMS.
🖥️ From a computer
- Step 1: With your account open in a browser, click on your initials or your first name at the top right.

Step 2: Click on Profile and Security.
- Step 3: Update your phone number in the relevant field. If the field is greyed out, it means you haven't registered a trusted device yet: please register a device first (see How do I register a trusted device?).

Step 4: Click Save changes.
- Step 5: Open your mobile app to confirm the change.
- Step 6: Go back to your computer and enter the security code you receive by SMS.
Your phone number is now up to date 🎉
