You can update your phone number directly from your Swile account, either on your computer or using the mobile app.

⚠️ Prerequisite: a registered trusted device

To change your phone number, you must first have registered your phone as a trusted device. To find out more: How do I register a trusted device?

How do I change my phone number? 📞

🖥️ On a computer
  1. Click on your initials or first name at the top right
  2. Click on Profile and security
  3. Update your phone number in the relevant box. If the box is greyed out, it means you haven’t registered a trusted device yet. Please register a device first. See: How do I register a trusted device?
  4. Click Save changes
  5. Go to your Swile mobile app to confirm the change
  6. Return to your computer and enter the security code you received by SMS

      

📱 On the app
  1. Tap the Menu tab at the bottom right
  2. Tap Profile and security
  3. Tap Personal information
  4. Update your phone number in the relevant box. If the box is greyed out, it means you haven’t registered a trusted device yet. Please register a device first. See: How do I register a trusted device?
  5. Tap Save changes
  6. Enter the security code you received by SMS

    

Your phone number is now up to date 🎉
